Toroni of Halkidiki is a coastal village in south-western side of Sithonia which extends along a vast sandy beach with shallow and calm water. It’s 26 km away from Neos Marmaras and 128 km from Thessaloniki Makedonia Airport. Toroni, however, was also one important city in back in ancient times. Ancient Toroni was built in the 8th-7th century BC from Halkidis residents. Today is preserved part of the city walls which you can visit.
